Scotch Tasting

Minimum of 10 guests. Maximum of 24 guests.

Enjoy a hosted one hour Scotch tasting with a scotch expert. You will be led on a tasting tour of the major styles and regions and will learn how to evaluate and taste fine Scotch Whisky. 

Afterwards indulge in some delicious canapés and snacks, paired with the Scotch you are tasting and discuss the details with our Whisky expert.

Beer Tasting

Let a Chef tell you all about Oysters. Learn all about Oysters including how they are grown and how to judge quality and freshness. Indulge in some of these wonderful bivalves after you have learned how to Shuck.

Learn how to make classic Oysters Rockafeller and bake them to order.

Enjoy some paired sparkling wine and cocktails with your freshly Shucked and Rockafellered treats!

From the Smoker

Minimum of 10 guests. Maximum of 40 guests.

Let a Chef teach you how to prepare and smoke your own meats in your backyard smoker and BBQ. Enjoy some meat friendly beverages while a chef demonstrates the cuts of meat and preparations best for smoking and BBQ’ing.

After the demonstration enjoy a tasting of smoked and bbq’ed meats and some beer and cocktails paired perfectly.
