Every Sunday, join us on the North Terrace for an all-you-can-enjoy brunch featuring an abundant selection of brunch classics, a chef-attended carving station, freshly shucked oysters, and curated alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, all inclusive.

9:00am – 4:00pm, $79 per adult and half-price for children with standard pricing*

Early Bird Seating is available for reservations between 9:00am and 9:30am. $69 per adult, half-price for children.

Cave Spring x Pearle Hospitality

Cambridge Mill is proud to pour two exclusive Cave Spring wines. The Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay-Riesling blend were thoughtfully created to highlight grape varieties that reflect the best of the Niagara region. The Pearle Hospitality team was drawn to Cave Spring, an award-winning sustainable vineyard and family-owned business known for artisanal wines that are as natural as possible without additives. This collaboration brings together two family-owned Canadian businesses with hospitality at the forefront, resulting in a pair of wines made with quality, intention, and a true sense of place.

Private Dining

Located on the Grand River, Cambridge Mill is a premier private dining destination featuring a rotating seasonal menu, exceptional views, elevated cocktails, and an expansive wine list. Choose from private dining rooms and semi-private spaces, ideal for celebrations, large group gatherings, and corporate bookings. Our private dining area can host up to 18 guests.
